Victorian Cottage Extension

Nov 2019 to Sept 2021

This Victorian Cottage needed to be brought into the 21st Century with an innovative reconfiguration to the first floor layout incorporating an upstairs shower room. The re-positioning of the rear family bathroom and extending of the small galley style kitchen makes better use of the external spaces of the property and enhances the stunning walled garden features. The removal of the lean-to utility room and services added to the existing summerhouse increase the outside space whilst the bi-folding doors of the extension blur the lines between house to garden.
